Job Title: Warehouse Repacker
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and repacking cases into smaller quantities while following HACCP and safety guidelines, as well as other related functions as assigned.
Classification: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $10.50
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following:
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment between 35˚F – 45˚F for the entirety of shift
• Must be able to work in a freezer environment between -10˚F – 10˚F
• Coolers should be kept clean by sweeping, removing trash and performing other various sanitation duties throughout the work day
• Responsible for breaking down pallets by sorting, labeling, organizing or repacking product
• Responsible for rotation of product by following FIFO (First In, First Out)
• Recognize and report product quality issues or expired dates in your designated work area to manager
• Daily cleaning of office area, test kitchen and restrooms
• Self-engage the work flow effectively and efficiently, making sure there is no back-log accumulating, putting the company at risk; in the event such a situation appears to be surfacing, have the self-motivation to seek resolution from a supervisor or manager
• Assist Supervisor on various projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
• Basic reading and math skills required
• Must be able to lift 70lbs or more
• Requires standing for entire work shift
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Ability to work effectively with little supervision
